"PMI San Francisco Bay Area chapter celebrated 45 year last year and serves the counties of San Francisco, Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Mateo (north of Highway 92), which represents both the West and East Bay geographically. More than 40% of our members work in technology industry and represent diversity in true spirit in terms of member base and volutneer base. The objectives are arrived at based on the feedback from members during various events, workshops and AGM(Annual General Meeting). We also analyzed the reports from rs.pmi.org, referred to the chapter ENDS (based on Policy Governance(PG) model), Volunteer leaders inputs and guidelines. There was an overwhelming response to our MENTORING program last year and members asked us to continue the same. We plan to launch 2 cohorts this year and also launched Mentoring Circles initiative to help our members succeed in professional and personal goals."
