Rapid response and layoff aversion services to businesses and workers experiencing job losses due to layoff or company closure with information and assistance to help alleviate the economic and unemployment distress resulting from these employment actions. The organization brings services to the workplace and assists with outplacement. State grant funded through the workforce innovation and opportunity act for recently released justice involved individuals. This program is employment focused, and provides assistance to job seekers in securing recent work experience based on interests, aspirations and willingness to learn new skills. Employers may benefits through partial wage reimbursements for on the job trainings, full wage reimbursements for work experiences, and potential work opportunity tax credits. National emergency grants to support 2021 wildfire cleanup and repair and 2023 winter storm cleanup and repair. Sb1/hrcc- high road construction careers provided 6-16 week training for careers in transportation and construction trades. It prepares participants for state approved apprenticships, focusing on under represented groups. Regional equity and recovery program (rerp)- state grant funding to provide work based learning activities, occupationial classroom training and needed supportive services to formerly incarcerated and justice involved individual job seekers who are seeking placement in subsized employment. Trinity county expanded subsidized employment program. The organization provides workforce services for individuals currently receiving tanf support through trinity county. Services include skills assessment, job search and placement assistance. Organization works with del norte county office of education to facilitate a 7 week readiness skills development training program for high school students and recent graduates with relevant career exploration opportunites, and work based experiences to bridge the gap between academics, job readiness and industry skills. Organization works with del norte county probation department to support justice involved individuals to find long term sustainable employment. Services include skills assessment, job search, training and placement assistance. Regional equity and recovery program (rerp)- state grant funding to provide work based learning activities, occupationial classroom training and needed supportive services to formerly incarcerated and justice involved individual job seekers who are seeking placement in subsized employment. California opportunity youth apprenticeship (coya) planning grant to develop and test innovative practices to increase the participation of opportunity youth in pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs and to demonstrate the impact of apprenticeship on employment and earnings for opportunity youth. Siskiyou climate collaborative aimed at convening a local group of partners to prioritize and implement sustainable climate adatptation and capacity building strategies that support wildfire and other climate resiliency plans within siskiyou county. This is a planning grant. Organization works with shasta college and local employers to facilitate a 7 week readiness skills development training program for high school students and recent graduates with relevant career exploration opportunites, and work based experiences to bridge the gap between academics, job readiness and industry skills. Workforce accelerator funds with the primary purpose of engaging with the manufacturing community to help them better understand the benefits of hiring english language learners. Funding is used to provide training and supportive service opportunites to eligible participants to create sustainable employment opportunites for both the employer and job seeker. Quest funds- quality jobs, equity, strategy and training- provides job training for displaced workers, with a focus on underserved communities and populations including those in agricultural sectors. The organization is a nonprofit corporation operating under section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code (irc) and 23701(d) of the california revenue and taxation code, and is exempt from federal and state income taxes. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes is included in these financial statements. In addition, the organization is classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under section 509(a)(2) of the irc. Management believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken; accordingly, management believes there are no uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The organization recognizes interest accrued related to any unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in other expenses. The organization recorded no such expense for the year ended june 30, 2025.

THIS PROGRAM IS EMPLOYMENT FOCUSED, AND PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO JOB SEEKERS IN SECURING RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE BASED ON INTERESTS, ASPIRATIONS AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN NEW SKILLS. EMPLOYERS MAY BENEFITS THROUGH PARTIAL WAGE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR ON THE JOB TRAININGS, FULL WAGE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR WORK EXPERIENCES, AND POTENTIAL WORK OPPORTUNITY TAX CREDITS. NATIONAL EMERGENCY GRANTS TO SUPPORT 2021 WILDFIRE CLEANUP AND REPAIR AND 2023 WINTER STORM CLEANUP AND REPAIR. SB1/HRCC- HIGH ROAD CONSTRUCTION CAREERS PROVIDED 6-16 WEEK TRAINING FOR CAREERS IN TRANSPORTATION AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES. IT PREPARES PARTICIPANTS FOR STATE APPROVED APPRENTICSHIPS, FOCUSING ON UNDER REPRESENTED GROUPS. REGIONAL EQUITY AND RECOVERY PROGRAM (RERP)- STATE GRANT FUNDING TO PROVIDE WORK BASED LEARNING ACTIVITIES, OCCUPATIONIAL CLASSROOM TRAINING AND NEEDED SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO FORMERLY INCARCERATED AND JUSTICE INVOLVED INDIVIDUAL JOB SEEKERS WHO ARE SEEKING PLACEMENT IN SUBSIZED EMPLOYMENT. TRINITY COUNTY EXPANDED SUBSIDIZED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES WORKFORCE SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS CURRENTLY RECEIVING TANF SUPPORT THROUGH TRINITY COUNTY. SERVICES INCLUDE SKILLS ASSESSMENT, JOB SEARCH AND PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH DEL NORTE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION TO FACILITATE A 7 WEEK READINESS SKILLS DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND RECENT GRADUATES WITH RELEVANT CAREER EXPLORATION OPPORTUNITES, AND WORK BASED EXPERIENCES TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN ACADEMICS, JOB READINESS AND INDUSTRY SKILLS. ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH DEL NORTE COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTMENT TO SUPPORT JUSTICE INVOLVED INDIVIDUALS TO FIND LONG TERM SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT. SERVICES INCLUDE SKILLS ASSESSMENT, JOB SEARCH, TRAINING AND PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE.
