EMPLOYERS MAY BENEFITS THROUGH PARTIAL WAGE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR ON THE JOB TRAININGS, FULL WAGE REIMBURSEMENTS FOR WORK EXPERIENCES, AND POTENTIAL WORK OPPORTUNITY TAX CREDITS. NATIONAL EMERGENCY GRANTS TO SUPPORT 2021 WILDFIRE CLEANUP AND REPAIR AND 2023 WINTER STORM CLEANUP AND REPAIR. SB1/HRCC- HIGH ROAD CONSTRUCTION CAREERS PROVIDED 6-16 WEEK TRAINING FOR CAREERS IN TRANSPORTATION AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES. IT PREPARES PARTICIPANTS FOR STATE APPROVED APPRENTICSHIPS, FOCUSING ON UNDER REPRESENTED GROUPS.
