“Sfsta was founded in 1930 and is an organization for individual professionals in the securities industry. It promotes the interest of its members throughout the global financial markets providing representation both nationally and with particular emphasis on trading activities in the northern california area and is committed to maintaining high standards of conduct and ethical practices in teh securities business. The organization encourages good fellowship and cooperation by hosting different events during teh yeaer for the benefit of its members. The sfsta hosts social and charitable events, business meetings and a large annual conference which provides forums for professional development and social networking.”

“The sfsta sponsors a bowling league to promote professional networking amount its members. All attendees must be active members to attend. In 2013, approximately 75 members attended. The event takes place at the presidio bowling center in san francisco.”

“During the holiday season, the organizations hosta a holiday part for its members. All attendees must be active members of the organization. Attendees are asked to bring an unwrapped toy for donation to the san francisco firefighters toy drive. In 2013 approximately 150 members attended this event.”
