These fees were paid for services which included, but were not limited to, the day to day management and leasing of properties held by entity, accounting, financial planning and budgeting, maintenance of staff, payroll and compliance filings.

Form 990, Part III, line 3

As of July 1, 2013, the Organization entered into a management agreement with Charities Housing Development Corporation (CH) to manage the Senior Housing Solutions portfolio. CH, with the approval of the Organization, has negotiated with various municipalities to acquire the Organization's remaining properties. The Homestead property in Santa Clara and two properties in Milpitas were sold to LLCs that have CH as the sole member in July 2015, and three properties in Campbell were sold to LLCs that have CH as the sole member in September 2015. In Octorber 2015, the board of directors passed a resolution to dissolve the Organization.
