In past years, Kings View Apartments provided affordable and safe housing to approximately 60 residents. Kings View Apartments were sold on 11/23/2016. Kings View Apartments, Inc. has been properly dissolved through the State of California after issuance of formal resolution by its Board of Directors. Dissolution status was granted by the State of California as of 9/25/2018. Thus, this is the final period that the entity will be filing a return. During the fiscal year, all remaining assets were approved by the California Attorney General's Office to be transferred to its parent affiliate, Kings View Corporation.--
