Mission

The mission of progress house inc. Is to provide the highest level of quality and comprehensive services to individuals and communities affected by addiction. We accomplish this by providing a complete continuum of comprehensive, evidence based services including detoxification, residential, outpatient treatment and transitional living.

To achieve freedom from chemical dependency is to begin to live again. Rarely can that freedom be achieved alone. When professional help is needed Progress House, Inc. is here to help

The facility is easily accessible by public transportation. Outpatient drug and alcohol services include multiple levels and intensity of services including day and evening schedules, both group and individual sessions. The program offers intensive step down services, relapse prevention, anger management, dual diagnosis, parenting, family services, and adolescent treatment services.

It is a 16-bed residential facility specializing in pregnant and post partum women. It serves participants 18 years and older in a womans specific program offering specialty education in parenting, vocational rehabilitation, family group, domestic violence and anger management. The program accepts both unaccompanied women and women with children. The length of stay is 30 days to six months depending on the needs of the participant.

We currently have six homes, two for men and four for women. These are fully furnished residential homes that are shared by individuals practicing their new recovery tools. Residents attend outpatient services, participate in 12-step meetings and share in household chores while working or attending school. Residents may stay in the transitional living program for up to one year. All of our homes are registered through California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources.

Our facility serves participants 18 years and older in a female specific program offering specialty education in parenting, vocational rehabilitation, family group, domestic violence, and anger management. The length of stay is 30 days to 15 months, depending on the needs of the participant.

Residents attend outpatient services, participate in 12-step meetings and share in household chores while working or attending school. Residents may stay in the transitional living program for up to one year. All of our homes are registered through California Association of Addiction Recovery Resources.
