Mission and Program Overview
Mission
To facilitate adoptions of children both from the social services system and through private placement and to provide foster homes for children while they await their permanent families.
Hand In Hand is a licensed private domestic adoption agency to facilitate adoptions of children through private placement into waiting families. This program will close beginning January 1, 2023. Hand In Hand also provides support services to organizations who provide permanent support to orphaned and abandoned children outside of the USA, and trains foster/adoptive families for providing homes for children within the USA.
