Prevail assists victims of dv, sa, or ht, non-offending parents of children who have experienced child abuse/neglect, and youth victims of abuse, by providing access to free, comprehensive legal assistance. Prevail partners with multiple reputable, trauma-informed law firms that provide all of the comprehensive legal assistance to the victims/survivors.

Over the past year, prevail's application to renew its opportunity housetransitional living program (oh-tlp) was not selected for funding. Thanks to prevail's long-standing commitment to sustainability, the organization has been able to continue operating oh-tlp through a variety of grant programs. Prevail is actively preparing to reapply for funding through the dhhs transitional living program opportunity in 2025.
