“Family relationship - raymond banks and ryan banks”
“The current board and management select new board members. Currently looking to have retired employees appointed to the board upon retrirement.”
“The initial review of the form 990 is done by the cfo and the ceo. Subsequent to this review, the draft is forwarded to the audit committee for their review. The audit committee is comprised of one accounting professional, chair person of a hospital board, retired doctor, and local minister. The audit committee reviews the draft and recommends changes, if necessary. A final draft of the 990 reflecting any amendments is prepared and made available to the full board of directors prior to filing with the internal revenue service.”
“It is the company's policy that all employees and board members avoid any conflict between their personal interests and those of the company. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the company's honesty and integrity, and therefore its reputation, are not compromised. The fundamental principle guiding this policy is that no employee should have, or appear to have, personal interests or relationships that actually or potentially conflict with the best interests of the company. It is the employee's responsibility to report any actual or potential conflict that may exist between the employee (and their immediate family) and the company. If a potential conflict arises, the individual are to report to their supervisor or compliance officer. If the conflict exists, the board members are directed to report to the chief legal officer, ceo and chairman of the board. Employees sign a conflict of interest form.”
“For the ceo position, the board compensation review committee compared data for the most recent year for which the best comparability data was available (source: economic research institute data) and information previously reviewed. The current ceo has a masters degree, various credentials and over 22 years of successful nonprofit corporation experience. Based on the number of employees, turning point of central california is now in the top one tenth of one percent of all corporations in the united states (source: u.s. Census bureau statistics 2007 economic census 00.1% of 5,930,132 u.s. Firms have over 500 employees). For the ceo position, the projected total compensation was 90% of the median for similar size and service type agencies. Based on this analysis, the total compensation package for the ceo position was deemed within an acceptable range.”
“The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available to the public upon request.”
“Line 2b: the audit was not complete by the form 990 extended due date of may 15, 2025, and is anticipated to be completed in june 2025.”
