PART III, LINE 4:

Our library collection includes works of art, historical artifacts, and books and manuscripts that are related to our program of studies. The books and manuscripts, for example, are typically early edition in the original languages of the books we read in our program of studies. These items allow professors and students to review the works in their original form. The works of art and other historical artifacts provide students and professors with a sense of context for the readings in the program.

PART X, LINE 2:

The college evaluates its uncertain tax positions, under asc 740-10, accounting for income taxes, and would recognize a loss contingency when it is probable that a liability has been incurred as of the date of the financial statements and the amount of the loss can be reasonably estimated. The amount recognized is subject to estimate and management judgment with respect to the likely outcome of each uncertain tax position. The amount that is ultimately sustained for an individual uncertain tax position or for all uncertain tax positions in the aggregate could differ from the amount recognized. Management does not believe that the college has any uncertain tax positions.
