The association is qualified as a tax-exempt organization under internal revenue code section 501(c)(6) and similar state revenue code sections and, accordingly, is not subject to income taxes. The association believes that it has appropriate support for any tax position taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax position that would require recognition or disclosure at june 30, 2025. The association's tax years that are open for examination by federal and state agencies are three and four years, respectively.
