Ministerial matters may be verbally addressed to the president/ceo of the credit union, unless otherwise directed to be in writing. The president/ceo or his/her designee maintains accurate files and records of all reports and disclosures required by this code of conduct. In addition, the president/ceo is responsible for maintaining compliance. Should there be a conflict, the person(s) will be excluded from participating in the governing body's deliberations and decisions.”
