Mission and Program Overview

Mission

To position weca and its contractors as the number-one source for electrical work: politically, statewide, regionally and nationally. To provide the highest quality contracting to our customers through: innovation, creativity, honesty, hard work, trust, and education. To provide new entrants into the workforce who are well-trained, have great attitudes, and who provide quality workmanship. To continue to develop a membership of merit-shop electrical contractors who represent extra value and quality work, and who "make a tough business easy" for our customers. To promote an environment where the customer is the reason that each contractor, and weca, exists and in which our membership - by hard work, quality workmanship and a trained workforce - reinforces both our customers and our own great success on every project, now and in the future.

To promote the electrical industry
