PART X, LINE 2:

“Accounting for uncertainty in income taxes (fasb asc section 740-10), formally fin 48, is applicable for the year ended december 31 2016. A determination is made whether there are any income tax (unrelated business income) accruals and deferred income taxes under fin 48. If there are such accruals, they should be recorded. Bbb management has determined that no tax positions have been taken that would indicate a more likely than not position. Therfore, no accrual under fin 48 is required.”
