In addition, at least once each year, board members and employee-officers of the organization complete a questionnaire, intended to identify potential conflicts of interests, so that the organization can effectively monitor compliance with the policy. All staff members are informed of ppcw's conflict of interest policy when they are hired and are expected to adhere to that policy.”
