OVER 70,000 POUNDS OF CLOTHING AND CARE KITS WERE DONATED AND DISTRIBUTED TO OUR MEAL GUESTS. MEAL AND CLOTHING DISTRIBUTION SERVICES WERE SUPPORTED BY MORE THAN 1000 VOLUNTEERS PROVIDING MORE THAN 21,000 HOURS OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE ON SITE. A COUNTY-FUNDED PROGRAM INITIATED BY BLANCHET HOUSE LAUNCHED, PROVIDING SHARED TEAMS OF PEER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS AT BLANCHET HOUSE AND THREE OTHER AGENCIES IN THE GREATER OLD TOWN/DOWNTOWN PORTLAND CORRIDOR. |
