Members of the eugene rotary club who have ceased or shall cease to be members of that organization shall cease to be members of this corporation, and newly admitted members of the eugene rotary club shall become, by virtue of their membership in that organization, members of this organization, inasmuch as the eugene rotary club has undertaken to collect for the use and benefit of this corporation the contributions of the members thereof.”
