“In 2024, the bountiful philharmonia performed seven free concerts in the city of bountiful. The total estimated audience members in 2024 were over 3,000. We continue to provide professional music support to local student musicians, such as our side-by-side concert with the davis youth symphony. Our annual childrens concert is always a very popular event and enjoyed by audience members of all ages and abilities. Members of the group shared their instruments in a hands-on instrument petting zoo for the children at that event. The star wars concert in the park event from the summer of 2024 brought in our largest audience ever, over 1,000 members of the community, including storm troopers, wookiees and darth vader. Local musicians are chosen to perform with bountiful philharmonia based on their performance qualifications. These musicians donate many hours of practice, rehearsal, and performance time each year.”
