Participants receive comprehensive support including: Rent Reporting: Facilitating the reporting of rent payments to major credit bureaus to help individuals establish credit or improve their credit scores. One-on-One Mentoring: Providing personalized guidance on credit building budgeting and pitfall avoidance. Custom Budgeting: We also emphasize the importance of maintaining a budget and preparing for unexpected expenses. This includes introducing families to tools and resources. Online resources: Connecting participants with custom on-line tools and resources for credit education and financial literacy. Down Payment Assistance: Connecting eligible participants to state-sponsored down payment assistance grants for homeownership in their area. During the tax year 2024 this program benefited 100 individuals. As a result of program participation 95% of individuals saw an increase in their credit scores the average increase was 70 points.
