| Explanation:| Statement of Program Service Accomplishments - Supplemental Information Rent Reporting and Credit Mentoring: This program assists individuals living in public housing or government-subsidized housing. We have partnered with Family Self-Sufficiency FSS programs within the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development HUD. Through this partnership we provide eligible FSS participants with the following services to fast-track them in establishing and building positive credit history with the goal of shortening their time in HUD and accelerating their path of creditworthiness. The overwhelming goal listed by participants in our program is homeownership. We get them credit ready. Participants receive comprehensive support including: Rent Reporting: Facilitating the reporting of rent payments to major credit bureaus to help individuals establish credit or improve their credit scores. One-on-One Mentoring: Providing personalized guidance on credit building budgeting and pitfall avoidance. Custom Budgeting: We also emphasize the importance of maintaining a budget and preparing for unexpected expenses. This includes introducing families to tools and resources. Online resources: Connecting participants with custom on-line tools and resources for credit education and financial literacy. Down Payment Assistance: Connecting eligible participants to state-sponsored down payment assistance grants for homeownership in their area. During the tax year 2024 this program benefited 100 individuals. As a result of program participation 95% of individuals saw an increase in their credit scores the average increase was 70 points. Statement of Program Service Accomplishments - Supplemental Information Line 28 - Total program service expenses: This amount includes expenses directly related to providing rent reporting and credit mentoring services to participants such as software fees credit report fees and materials for workshops. Line 29 - Management and general expenses: This amount includes expenses for administrative support 501c3 application assistance and other overhead costs necessary for the organizations operations.

| Explanation:| Other Information - Supplemental Information Relationship with Sponsor Organization and Board Presidents Stock Ownership: The organizations board president Cullen Canazares owns 85% of the stock in our Sponsor organization Rental Kharma the for-profit sponsor organization that provides rent reporting services to participants of the non-profit. This relationship creates a potential conflict of interest which the organization is actively managing through the following measures: Full Transparency: The relationship and stock ownership are being disclosed in this Schedule O. Conflict of Interest Policy: The organization has implemented a conflict of interest policy that requires board members to recuse themselves from any decisions that could personally benefit them or their related businesses. No Personal Benefit: The board president does not receive any financial compensation or personal benefit from the non-profit organization. Credit for Services: The sponsor organization provides credit for services to the non-profit which are offered at a discounted rate to ensure affordability and accessibility for the families served. The non-profit will repay the sponsor organization for these services when it attains funding. No monetary funds were exchanged between the non-profit the sponsor organization and the families.
