“OHV Tourism Funding Declarations: Limited Mobility Trail Runs: SLC Built Jeeps is dedicated to ensuring that Utah's stunning landscapes are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical abilities. We organize several limited mobility trail runs each year, providing physically and mentally disabled individuals the opportunity to experience the beauty of our state. In 2026, we aim to host a special Limited Mobility Run at the Winter 4x4 event, led by a paraplegic driver, to inspire and empower the community. Pop-Up Tents To effectively represent SLC Built Jeeps at multiple events, we seek funding for an additional branded pop-up tent. Last year, we successfully fundraised for one tent, but with an increasing number of simultaneous events, an additional tent would enhance our visibility and professionalism. This falls under the marketing category of the OHV Tourism Grant, as it will help attract more visitors and raise awareness about our community initiatives. Table Covers We purchased tables last year through fundraising and created one branded cover with the help of a group member. To maintain a cohesive and professional display at events, we aim to purchase four new table covers with branding consistent with our pop-up tents and other marketing materials. Feather Flags We currently do not have branded feather flags, but acquiring them would significantly improve our visibility at events. These flags will help direct attendees to our exhibit spaces, booth setups, and trail routes, enhancing overall event navigation and engagement. Digital Ad Space We plan to run a targeted digital ad campaign on social media, focusing on educational programs and limited mobility trail use. Our goal is to increase event attendance and community engagement through consistent, impactful messaging, Booth Space at Events: SLC Built Jeeps actively participates in key events to promote responsible offroading and community engagement. In the 2025-2026 season, we plan to attend the following events: * Winter 4x4 * SLOREX * Got Topless Day (Hosted by SLC Built Jeeps) * Ride the Brainwave * Vernal Rock Rally * Grinchfest * Delta Classic Rock Crawl * Trail Hero While some events provide complimentary booth spaces, others require additional funding for larger spaces. For example, we self-funded a 20x20 booth at SLOREX 2025, which significantly impacted our budget. To maintain a strong presence and maximize outreach, we are requesting support for booth space expenses through the OHV Tourism Grant. Enclosed Event Trailer: Transporting tents, shirts, educational materials, and event equipment requires reliable and organized storage. We are seeking funding for a branded, enclosed event trailer to securely haul gear between events, expos, and educational classes. This trailer will enhance our logistical efficiency, improve event setup, and ensure that our educational outreach is presented professionally and consistently.”
