The turkey fanner charitable foundation, inc. (the "corporation") sets forth these by-laws in accordance with the laws of the state of georgia as an act of incorporating a notfor-profit organization. The corporation shall be perpetual. The purposes of this corporation shall involve charitable activities including financial support to organizations which are deemed appropriate by its board of directors.
