These loans are provided to qualified participants to support reliable transportation and financial stability in furtherance of the organization's exempt purpose. One loan outstanding at year end was issued to a member of the board of directors under the same eligibility criteria and approval procedures applicable to all program participants. The interested director did not participate in approval of the loan. All loans are documented by written agreements and are being repaid according to their terms. |
