ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0Our organization was severely impacted by the major tornado in Omaha, Nebraska that occurred on April 26, 2024. Our CEO was working a significant amount of time remotely from Omaha for family reasons. Therefore, this natural disaster caused significant disruption to our operations, including: - Damage to our home office facilities, resulting in loss of access to necessary documents - Extended power outages affecting our ability to access electronic records - Evacuation of key personnel, including our CEO, who is responsible for overseeing the tax filing process. As a result of these extraordinary circumstances, we were unable to gather and prepare the necessary information to file our return by the due date. However, we have since: - Recovered and restored all essential documents - Regained full operational capacity - Completed the Form 990 with all required information We filed our return as soon as it was possible to do so, on May 5, 2025. We assure you that this delay was due to circumstances beyond our control, and we have exercised ordinary business care and prudence throughout this challenging period. We respectfully request that you abate any late filing penalties associated with this return. Our organization remains committed to full compliance with all IRS regulations and timely filing in the future.
