All vendor contracts, contractors, and employee offers must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors by a majority vote. If an Officer, Director, or Key Employee seeks to hire a personal contact, immediate family member, or relative, they must provide alternative vendors to interview and quotes for comparison before a final selection can be recommended to the Board of Directors for approval.
