It is our mission to remove the blight from the older neighborhoods of sandusky by instilling a sense of home pride for tenants and homeowners alike. We believe that successfully creating that pride will lead to healthier neighborhoods that are aesthetically pleasing, safe and that provide an environment to maximize the contributions to society from the residents. Our mission will be accomplished through education of the tenant/homeowner and investment into the designated neighborhoods.
