(cicp), a 501(c)(6) corporation; cicp employs all who provide services on behalf of icdp. Based on information provided by icdp; cicp allocates salary and benefit costs to icdp and is regularly reimbursed for those costs. Cicp has a shared services agreement with icdp. Cicp employees may work on programs funded through icdp. In most cases the time spent is allocated to icdp and reimbursed to cicp. Employee time spent is always reimbursed.

(CICP), A 501(C)(6) CORPORATION; CICP EMPLOYS ALL WHO PROVIDE SERVICES ON BEHALF OF ICDP. BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ICDP; CICP ALLOCATES SALARY AND BENEFIT COSTS TO ICDP AND IS REGULARLY REIMBURSED FOR THOSE COSTS. CICP HAS A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ICDP. CICP EMPLOYEES MAY WORK ON PROGRAMS FUNDED THROUGH ICDP. IN MOST CASES THE TIME SPENT IS ALLOCATED TO ICDP AND REIMBURSED TO CICP. EMPLOYEE TIME SPENT IS ALWAYS REIMBURSED.
