We filed a 990-N e-Postcard electronically, which reflects an "accepted status as of 9/26/2025. We opted to do this because the organization's gross receipts are normally $50,000 or less. However, after further accounting evaluation, we determined that the organization's revenue exceeded $50,000, reaching $66,735 in fiscal year 2024. We're filing an amended return now; the delay in filing was due to our moving to a new physical location. The amended return also reflects an address change.
