“Coastbusters partners with the pink lemonade project, pacific communities health district foundation, and oregon cancer foundation to distribute funds directly to patients and their families through a variety of programs and services offered by these organizations. The coastbusters walk for breast cancer is an annual, community-driven fundraising event supporting local breast cancer patients and survivors in oregon's coastal communities of lincoln county and lane county. Held in newport and florence, these purpose-driven walks raise funds to ease the financial burden of everyday living expenses-such as rent, utilities, and other non-medical bills-so patients can focus on healing. The walks unite survivors, warriors, families, and community members in an inclusive and supportive environment to honor those affected, provide hope, and inspire connection.”
