Directors are elected according to their board position by the members at the annual meeting of the members or at a special meeting held for that purpose. The nominating committee prepares a slate of proposed directors to be presented to the membership at each meeting at which directors must be elected. For the election of directors for the at-large positions, the nominating committee will provide procedures for candidates to be presented to the membership for election at each meeting at which directors for either or both of these positions must be elected.
