The Treasurer and the Finance Committee chair will review the return, along with the Executive Director and staff. The return will be signed by the treasurer and will then present the return to remaining board members. In the event of Board Members concern, the Finance Committee chair will take necesary action.

Board Members, employees and contractors are required to complete a conflict of interest policy annually. Signed copys are kept on file. Determination as to whether a conflict exists and what action should be taken is manged by on level higher in the organization than the individual; that is, employee issues are resolved.
