Senior management of the organization is responsible for the timely preparation of form 990. The draft of the form 990 is prepared by independent accountants and reviewed by the executive director and the full board of the organization in effect at the time of the preparation and in advance of the filing deadline. All questions and edits are reviewed carefully, made as appropriate and authorized by the executive director and the board for the independent accounting firm of the organization to file the final form 990 as required.
