Provision of housing to low-income persons and families on a non-profit charitable basis.

Witherspoon court, inc.is a non-profit public benefit corporation formed to develop low-income rental apartments in cottage grove, oregon. Construction of witherspoon court apartments, a 20-unit affordable housing complex, was completed in 1997 and has been fully occupied by qualified residents since completion. Witherspoon court, inc is the 100% owner of 1390 pennoyer avenue llc which owns and operates the rental apartments.
