“In the year 2024, new zone gallery has experienced some significant changes. The retirement of our long time coordinator required us to transition to a crew management system, involving all members in responsibilities to keep our doors open. At the same time we have continued with our mission to accept both emerging and succesful artists into our membership. We hold two open art shows a year, inviting any community artist to display their work and be considered for membership. We provide space outside groups can rent for their own art shows. Our art ranges from very affordable, which gives younger folks an opportunity to start their own, original, art collection to those who buy art with higher budgets. We continue to educate our artists in a professional approach while offering non-juried exhibition space to all. We enthusiastically respond with a yes to most all community requests for involvement with new zone gallery, knowing we will attract a new audience and learn more about our greater community and how we can contribute to a healthy downtown atmosphere.”
