“The organizations original by-laws required that the organization have no less than 25 voting members. The board was authorized and given discretion to accept any individual agency, governmental unit, business organization, assocation, or leading instituion as a member of the corporation. All members had equal voting rights, except contractors who provided services to the organization (non-voting members). However, the articles of incorporation this membership was dissolved via a members meeting in november 2014.”
