No provision or benefit for income taxes has been included in these financial statements due to the exempt status of the corporation. The corporation is subject to routine examinations by tax authorities; however, there are currently no examinations in progress for any tax periods. The corporation believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for the years prior to the year ended june 30, 2022.
