“On march 25th, 2025 the organization entered into an amendement with the agreement with northwest events & marketing, inc., beginning january 1st, 2025 ending june 30, 2027, whereby northwest events & marketing, inc. Was contracted to be the executive director for the organization. This included performing the administrative, grantmaking, and fundraising duties of the organization. The agreement contains an early termination clause that may be exercised in any given fiscal year if certain gross revenue targets are not met. Northwest events and marketing, inc. Appointed tom fohn to serve as their representative to perform the organization's administrative, grantmaking, and fundraising services. See part vii, section b for the total amounts paid to northwest events & marketing, inc. During the calendar year ending december 31, 2024, and part ix line 11 column a for the total amount paid during the fiscal year ending june 30, 2025.”
