PART X, LINE 2:

The organization is exempt from federal income taxes as an entity described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. As a result, there is no provision for federal income taxes in these financial statements and no federal income taxes were paid. Management believes that the organization has adequately addressed all relevant tax positions and there are no unrecorded tax liabilities.
