The rules for how voting is conducted have been updated. 4. There are new guidelines on remote voting options, making it easier for members to participate. 5. The responsibilities of officers and board members have been clarified. 6. The quorum requirement for business meetings has been updated, possibly making it easier to conduct business. 7. A more detailed conflict of interest policy has been added to ensure fairness and integrity within the organization. 8. The process for changing the bylaws has been simplified, allowing for quicker updates when necessary. 9.
