“Oregon locals of the American Federation of Teachers, individuals eligible for membership, and retired members that wish to maintain affiliation. The membership consists of divisions of public and private school teachers, paraprofessionals and school-related personnel, higher education faculty and professionals, state and local public employees and other workers.”
