| IRS990/Desc | 0 | This year we presented a season of work inspired by Samuel Becketts Waiting for Godot, which served as our opening production. We followed it up with Pass Over by Antoinette Nwandu, a co-production with Historic Alberta House. We finished our season with a festival of staged readings titled Godot is a Woman, presenting Beckett-inspired scripts by women and nonbinary writers from Ireland, the UK, and Portland. We hosted two touring productions from Ireland--one from Kabosh Theatre in Belfast and the other from The Abbey Theatre in Dublin--for limited showings. Across all our productions we reached 1744 audience members, hired 20 actors, and contracted 23 directors, stage managers, designers, artists, writers, and technicians. |
