The organization contracted with a third party agency to conduct the compensation review based on market data available and comparisons to other organizations with comprabale size and operating in similar industries. The Board reviewed and approved the CEO's compensation based on the third party's recommendations. Human Resources reviewed and approved the copmensation for all the other officers. The compensation review for all officers was performed in April 2018.”
