Members are admitted to different classes of membership, per the bylaws, and are required to pay annual membership dues to remain in good standing. Voting rights are allowed to certain classes of members.

The nomination committee meets annually in september to recommend nominees for directors and officers; nominations are also taken from the floor at the october member meeting. A vote is held annually at the november annual member meeting.
