“The members of the salem area chamber of commerce shall consist of those individuals, partnerships, firms or corporations residing in or doing business in the area served by the salem area chamber of commerce who are interested in the purposes and objectives of the salem area chamber of commerce and who have fully paid all stipulated dues prescribed for the then current fiscal year.”

“The nominating committee shall indicate the date of its meeting and notice of such meeting shall be previously given to each member by publication in the chamber newsletter. Any member of the chamber in good standing may submit suggestions for nominations to the committee in writing prior to the date of such meeting. Any member firm, association, corporation or person shall be entitled to cast one vote; however, where individuals have been designated to represent additional memberships, such individuals shall be entitled to one vote.”
