Tier 2: open to any organization that earns advertising revenue in excess of $500 million against national long form. Rights: has one (1) vote on any matter determined by the members. Appoints one (1) individual to serve as a director of the corporation. 2 adopted july 19, 2023 agency: tier 1: open to any organization that has media spending in excess of $500 million against national long form video. Rights: has two (2) votes on any matter determined by the members. Appoints two (2) individuals to serve as directors of the corporation. Tier 2: open to any organization that has media spending in excess of $500 million against national long form video. Rights: has one (1) vote on any matter determined by the members. Appoints one (1) individual to serve as a director of the corporation. Tier 3: open to any organization that has media spending in excess of $500 million against national long form video. Rights: appoints one (1) individual to serve on an advisory committee of the corporation. Trade body: open to any trade association interested in supporting the mission of the corporation.
