Working agreement required that nyce designated an employee within senior management to make management decisions. In addition, huron provided multi-faceted support including finance, hr, programming, external relations, general admin and strategic advisement. Huron's management duties included planning and executing budgets and financial operations and supervising exempt activities. During fiscal year ended june 30, 2025, the exchange paid $217,741 to huron consulting group for management services.”
