The purpose of the organization is to teach financial literacy in underserved communities. The core components of the curriculum are credit & money management, budgeting for success, Acquisition of Appreciating Assets versus Depreciating Assets and Creating a Culture of Savings.

The core components of the program focus on teaching the importance of establishing a good FICO score, reestablishing credit, creating an effective budget and setting short and long term saving goals.

| In 2025 I led workshops that increased financial literacy for over 100 youth (Norfolk Emerging Leaders Program). In addition I led workshops for over 300 returning citizens in VDOC-Virginia Dept of Correctional facilities across the state. The content for the workshops focuses on building a good FICO score, the importance of savings and setting short and long term saving goals and creating an effective budget. I also invite returning citizens to work with me upon their release to create customized plans to reach their financial goals, including reestablishing their credit. I'm also certified Financial Counselor volunteer with BOHR-Bank on Hampton Roads. This organization provides financial counseling to Hampton Roads residents at no cost. | $10,000 | $3,447 |
