Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 28

During an immersive month-long program in the bay area, students work on a product challenge: to identify a problem within the food system and prototype a company that solves that problem. As part of the program coursework, students work with mba students. The graduate students offer guidance about entrepreneurship, helping our students understand the challenges new companies face in the sustainable food space. Students also participate in weekly sessions led by mba students and professors. These sessions inform and inspire the students to apply their newfound knowledge in the product challenge. Our company participants provide the students with unparalleld access to leadership and innovators within the sustainable food sector. At the end of the month-long program, students present their product ideas in front of an audience.
