“The freeland firehawk's vision is to develop leadership, health, teamwork and athletic abilities of youth ages 7-15 years old. We strive to provide quality instruction in the development of baseball/softball skills, sportsmanship, and competitiveness to foster the love of the game. However, the focus is so much more than that; our mission is to encourage participation, develop character and discipline, promote teamwork, encourage respect for authority, advocate citizenship and community pride, and most importantly, having fun while doing it.”

To provide additional and extended opportunities for youth ages 7-15 years old to practice, play, and compete in the sport of baseball and softball. Freeland firehawks helps to organize and raise support for 9 area youth baseball/softball teams through the support of volunteer coaches, parents, community businesses, and board members.”
