Mission

Revitalize portland coalition (rpc) is a collective, comprised primarily of commercial real estate companies, working to create a better city to live and work. Our goal is to restore the portland-metro region as a welcoming and vibrant community for residents, visitors, and businesses. Rpc is focused on conducting research, education, and communication on issues of homelessness, public image, crime and safety, and economy and housing. Rpc does much of its work by operating 4 issue based committees. These committees conduct formal and informal research on matters related to these issues and regularly identify, collate, and present information to other committees, our members, the greater portland community, and policy makers in order to help inform the debate and decision making on critical issues facing portland.

WE HAD OVER 205 TICKETED AUDIENCE MEMBERS FOR THIS EVENT, IT WAS LIVE-STREAMED BY KOIN NEWS, STANDING ROOM ONLY AND HIGHLY REGARDED BY ATTENDEES. THIS EVENT ALONE HAD A REACH IN THE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE.$0$842
2. MEMBERSHIP & COMMITTEES: REVITALIZE PORTLAND CONSISTS OF A GROWING COMMUNITY OF COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS REPRESENTING, IN TOTAL OVER 10,000 OREGONIANS. EACH MEMBER ORGANIZATION AND THEIR MEMBERSHIP ARE VIEWED AS MEMBERS OF RPC. RPC DOES MUCH OF ITS WORK BY OPERATING 4 ISSUE-BASED COMMITTEES BASED ON THE MAIN ISSUES FACING PORTLAND AS A CITY AND REGION. DRIVEN BY SUBCOMMITTEE PRIORITIES, RPC MEMBERS AND STAFF CONDUCT FORMAL AND INFORMAL RESEARCH ON VARIOUS MATTERS RELATED TO OUR SUBJECT MATTER. STAFF REGULARLY IDENTIFY, COLLATE, AND PRESENT INFORMATION TO EACH COMMITTEE. SUBCOMMITTEES CONSIST OF CHAIRPERSONS, CORE MEMBERS, NEW MEMBERS, AND MEET AT LEAST MONTHLY. IN MARCH OF 2024, WE ORGANIZED, ALONG WITH NAIOP, AN IMPORTANT PANEL DISCUSSION AT THE ARMORY ON CRIME AND SAFETY. WE HAD OVER 205 TICKETED AUDIENCE MEMBERS FOR THIS EVENT, IT WAS LIVE-STREAMED BY KOIN NEWS, STANDING ROOM ONLY AND HIGHLY REGARDED BY ATTENDEES. EACH MEMBER ORGANIZATION AND THEIR MEMBERSHIP ARE VIEWED AS MEMBERS OF RPC. RPC DOES MUCH OF ITS WORK BY OPERATING 4 ISSUE-BASED COMMITTEES BASED ON THE MAIN ISSUES FACING PORTLAND AS A CITY AND REGION. DRIVEN BY SUBCOMMITTEE PRIORITIES, RPC MEMBERS AND STAFF CONDUCT FORMAL AND INFORMAL RESEARCH ON VARIOUS MATTERS RELATED TO OUR SUBJECT MATTER. STAFF REGULARLY IDENTIFY, COLLATE, AND PRESENT INFORMATION TO EACH COMMITTEE. SUBCOMMITTEES CONSIST OF CHAIRPERSONS, CORE MEMBERS, NEW MEMBERS, AND MEET AT LEAST MONTHLY.
