Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

WPB Mobility Coalition Inc by-laws require directors declare all conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from decisions where a direct conflict exists. During procurement processes where selection committees and/or directors are making recommendations or decisions related to organizational spending, the committee members and/or directors are required to sign disclosure forms for conflicts of interest, and recuse themselves from recommendation processes or voting unless they certify they have no known conflicts. In the event of ambiguity, non-conflicted directors can vote as to whether a conflict exists.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt1WPB Mobility Coalition Inc by-laws require directors declare all conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from decisions where a direct conflict exists. During procurement processes where selection committees and/or directors are making recommendations or decisions related to organizational spending, the committee members and/or directors are required to sign disclosure forms for conflicts of interest, and recuse themselves from recommendation processes or voting unless they certify they have no known conflicts. In the event of ambiguity, non-conflicted directors can vote as to whether a conflict exists.
